Leopard print, to me, is an integral part of any wardrobe. My 'basics' come in the neutrals (black, of course; white; tons of heather grey in a variety of gradations; denim, camel), rich red tones, and leopard printed anything.
Leopard print shoes are the best; it's an easy way to dip your toes, so to speak, into the animal printed pool.
I generally prefer a more demure silhouette when a shoe is done with leopard, not unlike this kitten heel old-standby, but I broke out these new ones whilst doing the tourist thing in DC, most recently.
To my dear hubby, however, these are simply Skettel Boots - naughty, saucy shoes, a la the types favoured by ladies of the night and/or bold, man-eating, power-walking women.
That's his idea of a compliment; isn't he a darling?!
